Do you see a therapist?
I do cause it seems like the list of things for me to be worried about just gets longer and longer.

shareA long time ago when I was having panic attacks. No more.
shareI'm supposed to, but I haven't heard back from my local public health team yet.

shareyeah, about four years ago. i found it quite useful in that it kinda clarified some of the behavioral problems & life issues i'd had & continue to have. it didn't really change the reality of my life in any way. i'm still the same person & i have the same problems, but at least it gave me some understanding of why things are the way they are for me, so in that way i'm glad to have done it.
shareI'm glad you see it this way. I never felt like I misunderstood things as much as what felt like Reality was terribly painful. Talking to a professional gives you someone who knows how to give the proper feedback. It's an interesting field.
shareI did for my Bipolar 1 diagnosis, but only for a few months.
shareSeeking real help is a very good idea if you are having troubles
Best wishes
I suspect a poster in this thread is being a big dumbass!
Much appreciation Froggy
Just recently had someone who is certified "mental" and takes medication get pissed at me for a situation she's not even involved in. She and her Mom and I used to be friends, but an ex-gf of mine wants all her friends to dislike me. Funny how easily these people are influenced. I gave the Daughter a free ticket to a show years ago, no strings and I didn't go. I think she's forgotten this. Surprisingly, her Mom sent me a conciliatory text which I really appreciate.
