I did not enjoy Pulp Fiction the first time I saw it...the mixed up chronology and rape scene bothered me
It did grow on me though

It's a Wonderful Life was not very big when first released but a copyright screw up decades later left it in the public domain so programmers would use it freely to fill time and it became a favorite
I never liked the movie very much but it's interesting trivia

Probably some more...I'll think on it👍

Citizen Kane was all but dismissed upon its release, but years later became one of the all-time greats in the eyes of film scholars.

Shawshank Redemption was praised but didn't get a lot of mass attention, attracting an audience years later as people became aware of it on video and broadcast runs.

It took a while for The Room to catch on, but that has gathered a stupendous cult following.

"Citizen Kane" wasn't reviewed because of the Hearts papers, but for those who weren't bought and paid for, seemed to give it good critique.
