What do you watch on YouTube?

I like watching:

Documentaries
Prank videos
Crime stories
Some business case studies

If possible, I'll watch these in Spanish to improve my fluency. I find it more stimulating in Spanish.

Lately I've been watching First We Feast where a guy does celebrity interviews while he and the celebrity eat progressively hotter hot wings to the point of unbearability. Such a weird concept but it seems to work and I was surprised how big Many of the celebrities are (including Natalie Portman, Bryan Cranston, Charlie Day, Charlize Theron, Seth Meyers).

reply

Never saw this before. Funny stuff! They had Gordon Ramsey chugging Pepto Bismol way before he even tasted the hottest wings.

reply

Not sure how I even stumbled on this show but I'm glad I did. And
Pepto and a generous coating of chapstick seems like it would be the way to go!

I love spicy food but I never understood the attraction of taking it to that level. Good food shouldn't be painful!

music and old TV clips.

Lately I've been watching clips of The Sopranos.

Dash cam videos. I guess must I like to shake my head at how stupid people are. Too many times the drivers do nothing to avoid a crash. Apparently they don't know what defensive driving is - they blast their horn instead of slowing down, braking, or just letting someone merge. And because they're "right" they end up with a damaged or destroyed vehicle. 🙄 Just let the jerk get away with the stupid maneuver and move on. Brake checks really take the cake though, especially in front of a semi. 🙄

have you seen 'the road movie?' it's a collection of dash-cam clips - most of them were already available on yt, so you may have seen all of them already. it's quite enjoyable, & nicely documents the complete disregard some people have for the safety of their fellow man!

reply

No, I've never heard of that movie but it sounds like a winner.

"...documents the complete disregard some people have for the safety of their fellow man." Boy, is that on the mark! One could add the safety of oneself, too. Addicted as I am to dash cam clips, I figure I'm learning a lot about what not to do while driving so it's not a total waste of time.

Cat videos and craft stuff. I never thought to watch actual tv shows on there 🤷

Music videos.
Documentaries.
Comedy, like the Angry Video Game Nerd.
Reviews.

Music videos
TV shows that aren't available on DVD

It's also handy to look up a scene from a show or movie or an old advert.
