I'd serve all manner of deep-fried foods like fries (aka chips), chicken nuggets, fish nuggets, and so on. I'd also have hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, spaghetti, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and a bunch of other stuff! I'd serve all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks such as sodas, juices, and water.
shareI would take a different route and do something well that the competition isn't doing. I'm talking about Indian food. Borrowing liberally from the Panda Express model, I'd feature a flavourful assortment of curries, meat and vegetarian dishes along with different types of freshly baked naan ready to serve. The main obstacle I foresee in the kitchen is getting the spices right to produce a satisfyingly authentic taste without overwhelming the general public's heat tolerance.

shareI'd have one called Four Corners (of the earth,get it). It would have 4 smaller menus of 4 distinctly different foreign cuisine. Probably Mexican, Asian, Indian and American. That way you can always appeal to everyone. Tacos for little billy,burgers for dad, and eggrolls and fried rice for mom.

shareI’d do a European street food theme. The best of theme - Belgium fries and waffles, French galettes and beignets, Polish pirogi, German sausage & kraut, etc etc.. Kind of like food trucks but all under one roof.
