well each individual is the center of his own world (life)
your life is all about you, most of all.
Well from your perspective..it kind of does..because you only see the world around you from your perspective.

They're different with respect to the motion of planets and other astronomical objects. Rotation describes a body's motion around its own axis, and revolution describes a body's motion around a distant center point (Earth's orbit around the Sun, in our case.)

Hey! It's ALL about ME!
My weight offsets the Earth just a tiny tiny bit, and the gravity of my body pulls the Earth a tiny tiny bit. We're technically orbiting each other.
So in the most minor sense, yes the Earth revolves around me. But it's the same for everyone else, too.
