Are you game for a game? Movies that could accurately "steal" another movie's title

Pretty straightforward, extra points for creativity.

So...
Ant-Man could accurately steal the title "Little Big Man"
300 could be called "The Empire Strikes Back"
Jurassic Park could be called "Attack of the Clones"

I think this is a good start.

It's a Wonderful Life (1946) and The Pursuit of Happyness (2006)

The Pentagon Papers could be The X-Files

reply

Hannibal could be called Eat Drink Man Woman

A Quiet Place and Hush

reply

I was trying to come with something for A Quiet Place.

The Yellow Rolls-Royce could be Goldfinger

reply

Looper could be You Only Live Twice

reply

Rosemary's Baby could be The Devil's Own

reply

Yes!

And although I already did it for Little Nicky, I think Rosemary's Baby is an even better movie to be renamed Hellboy!

It works and we know the likelihood of exponential duplication when a thread acquires more contributions.

In the same vein, Ghost Rider & Spawn could be seen as The Devil's Rejects

reply

Very true, I was trying to use Devil's Rejects, and Spawn did come to mind since I posted a topic about Jamie Foxx earlier today. Didn't think about Ghost Rider, though, which is probably what Spawn copied (even has the living chains as part of his costume).

As for this little sub-thread, I think The Omen (or Damien: Omen II) is the best movie to be renamed Hellboy.

Yeah.

A Quiet Place and Don't Breathe

reply

I realized that one in immediate hindsight.
