Apparently Croft used an axe to hack his dog to death when it bit him. He’s now trying to weasel out of the depraved action fueled by rage by saying it was a hoax. The scene was from a movie...Resident Evil. Trouble is an axe wasn’t used in the movie. He’s been all over the place with this incident...lie after lie.

I haven't been on GD for weeks but from what I can gather....
Long story or short version?
Short version -Croft.
Long version -Croft got caught telling huge fibs, nobody is sure whether he did or didn't axe a dog to death. He claimed he killed a dog with an axe. He apparently got in rage because it bit him. When people were understandably outraged he claimed it was a joke or something and it was just him acting out a scene from RE.

He's been bullshitting all along, I'm surprised people still take him seriously to be honest. I'm waiting for a plot twist where he reveals the fiancee was actually the dog. Or the other way around. Both would work. Croft, never a dull moment...

At least the dog got a backstory.
The fiancee was an incidental character in a post about why people ask "how do you feel?" when someone dies.
