R. Lee Ermey dead at 74

Most will remember him from "Full Metal Jacket". Then "Mississippi Burning", "Switchback" or maybe also as a voice actor from "Toy Story" and more recently in Michael Bay's "TCM". I also found him funny in "Saving Silverman", where he showed more his comedic side.

Sure will be missed.

Every time he was in a movie I was watching he got my attention. "Full Metal Jacket" was a classic!

Recently rewatched Se7en, he had a funny scene in that one.

There was also something darkly comic about his character, the sheriff, in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. (2003 )
