When people say Star Track

I've never heard anyone pronounce it like that before.

I use to say it that way when I was little. One time, when I was looking at the opening credits, I actually noticed what it said.

It's either a regional dialect of which I'm not certain where it's from or as another poster has pointed out, someone unfamiliar with the show's title for any given reason. One time that I did hear it being pronounced that way, it was a person who had never watched Star Trek but was aware of it.

I’ve definitely heard it. It just gives me a little chuckle.

The new show and movies are so bad that I wisheit were named that. Would separate it from the good Trek Paramount used to make.

Reminds me of the woman who murdered her husband with "anti-free".
