That's all I can think of off the top of my head Dewey.

I'll put some thought into it though and come back later with more.

reply

Aren't you just a peach.

Scary thing is I know you'll be back.
I'm all goosepimply thinking at the possibilities.

reply

Oh, there's plenty more to come Dewey.

It'll be like when Canada takes over the world.

reply

Canada?

Why do you want to make me cry?

reply

When Canada rules the world - you'll all be sorry!

reply

Hownos already thinks it does... and YES, I will be sorry.
Especially when maple syrup starts coming out of my water faucet.

reply

One pancake at a time

reply

how come we never hear about Canada in the news, is that a real country?

reply

[deleted]

NO, it's not.

It's like a fairly tale country that's made up in somebody's mind.
Most friendly people, best country to live in. Pishaw.

Lies I tell you, it's all LIES!
Don't believe it. Don't drink the syrup flavored Kool Aid!

reply

Is it like Camelot, where it only rains after sundown?

reply

That's what they want you to believe.
Once you cross the bridge it's over.

If you're one of the lucky ones to return from the land of golden tukes
you're never the same.

Have you seen Invasion of the Body Snatchers?

reply

the snatchers wouldn't let me watch it

reply

EXACTLY!

reply

hownos, Even though I only spent a weekend in Canada years ago, I think that it must be one marvelous place. It has to be! Look at all of the incredibly talented people who have entertained us over the years. The many who hail from Canada!

reply

Luckily I prefer waffles.

I like Trek so much that I'll even defend Voyager.

But only to people who have no idea how bad it truly is to a proper Trekker.

I have to fess up though when it comes to the last episode of Enterprise, there's no defending that!

reply

[deleted]

Probably Frasier Crane

reply

That's a winner.

Sometimes it's the secondary characters that make the show.

Charlie Kelly- It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

reply

Def in my top 5

reply

Stacey Petrie- The Dick Van Dyke Show

reply

Mose Schrute- The Office

reply

Maynard G. Krebbs - The Many Loves Of Dobie Gillis ("Work!??")

Lucius Vorenus - Rome

Titus Pullo - Rome

Spartacus - Spartacus

West - Emerald City

Jean-Luc Picard - Star Trek, The Next Generation

Mike Nelson - Sea Hunt

Ed Norton - The Jackie Gleason Show (Art Carney was funnier than Jackie Gleason)

Edward R. Murrow - The CBS Evening News. Ed "Dean" Murrow CREATED TV news, back when it was actually news.

Rumplstiltskin - Once Upon A Time

Mick Rory - Legends Of Tomorrow

Killer Frost and her wardrobe - The Flash

The Man In Black - Westworld

Howard Silk (both of them) - Counterpart

Johnny Carson - The Tonight Show

Alfred Hitchcock - Alfred Hitchcock Presents ("Goood evening.")

Sherlock Holmes - Elementary. Jonny Lee Miller's take on the world's most popular protagonist in fictional literature is the best that I have ever seen, and that includes Basil Rathbone's classic Holmes. Hard to believe the performance is on a CBS cop procedural. More than hard to believe.

Celeste Wright - Big Little Lies

Perry Wright - Big Little Lies (although a monster, a spectacularly well-rendered monster)

Vanessa Ives - Penny Dreadful. Green deserved an Emmy for her performance; plus, you know, HOT.

Cecil the Sea-sick Sea Serpent - Bennie and Cecil

reply

Edward R Murrow ?? How old are you ??

reply

I think you meant Beany and Cecil. One of my favorite childhood cartoons.
