Do we really need this vulgarity, at least in topic headlines? What kind of impression do you think this makes? If we want to attract and keep more posters here, should we not be more thoughtful and less recklessly self-indulgent? That's a rhetorical question, because we obviously should be.

I have to agree with R-Kane. While I did contribute my own answer and supplied a badass of my own, I do have to say that the thread title is a turn off. It is an interesting thread, but do we really have to be so crude?

I suppose that you think of me as one of those little ole lady prudes, but I'm not. My little ears and sensibilities can handle the naughty words. I even sort of like the fact that our language isn't censored. Not like it was on IMDb.
I'm also not a Fu_ _er though. The thread title sort of suggests that is what you are calling everyone. It also looks a great deal like the sort of thing you can see in that other site that croft is so fond of. I'd hate it if new folks got a bad first impression.
