One of my favorites is Negan from " the walking dead".

Raymond Reddington (James Spader) on “Blacklist”. I have remarked so many times Reddington is the guy we hate to love! He murders without compunction. He has no morals. There’s nothing redeeming about him except for his love for Liz. He’s a complete bad ass....but ain’t he great!
