Fruit cake: Yay or Nay?

Moist fruitcake, from an actual bakery, festooned with whipped cream-yay!

Crap fruitcake, from a supermarket at Christmastide, in a cardboard box, drier than the proverbial nun's fart, the McDonald's version of a confection-barf? Give it to your worst enemy.

Nay.

The slightly warm, raisin-packed kind? Nay. Nay af.

Unless you're talking about like a cream sponge cake with fresh fruit on top - that I'd yay the heck out of.

Nay.

I'm not too of most candied fruit (especially bigarreaux🤢), but a homemade fruit cake or a good quality one from the store can be very tasty. But like Kane said, if should be moist.

I have had a couple fresh baked ones and i have had the low quality store bought kind..and my opinion is the same..Nay.

Its something you bring to your worst enemy as a gift :)
