Javier Bardem as Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men. It made him appear so conspicuous which just seemed incongruous for a hired killer but I remember reading somewhere it was deliberately chosen and was considered to be a stroke of genius on the part of the Coen brothers.

He's had some pretty bad haircuts in a lot of films... Skyfall was pretty bad...

But they're usually bad in a good way... add texture to the movies and characters...
