A new idea for an original cinematic universe

I just watched a trailer of a movie called Acts of Vegeance. It's pretty much John Wick but with Antonio Banderas instead of Keanu.

So, what I propose is this.

How about making all these hard-hitting revenge action flicks starring past-their-prime actors somehow interconnected as if it's a cinematic universe a la MCU or DCU.

We have Liam Neeson of Taken, Keanu Reeves of John Wick, Jackie Chan of The Foreigner, Bruce Willis of whatever crap his in nowadays, also put Nicholas Cage in it too because he will do anything for a little bit of money, and finally Antonio Banderas of Acts of Vegeance.

Oh, and get Mel Gibson as the villain because everyone in Hollywood hates old Mel Gibson.

What do you say? Guys?

That movie universe is called The Expendables.

No, different. Expendables is one film, the characters just played by old action movie stars.

This is cinematic universe. So John Wick is John Wick, just for some reason he met Bryan Mills (someone who has a specific set of skills). You know, like Capt America met Iron Man, etc. Not just a movie with Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr.
