What's your go to snack when watching a movie/tv show
Mine are Popcorn or goobers
sharePeanuts and beers.
shareSame here, peanuts and beers, not only on movies ,but also when i am with lara in another expedition😉
shareIn the immortal words of the wise kool-aid man... Oh YEAH!
shareThat reminds me of baseball eats.
Whatever is within that show. Pretty cool right?
So if a show has someone drinking a seven seven (The O.C.) https://moviechat.org/tt0362359/The-OC , I go out of my way to make it.
If the show has White Castle ;) https://moviechat.org/tt0366551/Harold-and-Kumar-Go-to-White-Castle , I go out and get it.
Now brands do not necessarily always work because unless it is for product placement, you will never truly know what is being eaten from whatever brand. In that case, you just have to make do with what it looks like and make it. It really adds a 3rd dimension to the movie (assuming that it is not all ready 3-d).
The Awkward Moment

Since that movie has a ton of depression from break ups, one of the characters (Zac Efron), eats a Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup flavored ice cream.
Rocket Power- Episode: Rainy Days & Sundaes

Mackerel Limberger Tacos
I still have yet to try this. From a youtube video, Limberger cheese is suppose to be repulsive.
Btw, I went to my nearest supermarket and bought Mackerel in a can and some Limburger spread. In that episode, it was portrayed as being disgusting, yet it is delicious. I think I just like the smell of fish and cheese in general...
shareEasy Cheese (first time ever trying cheese out of a can) and Slim Jim; although, I think the product placement in the movie was for a beef stick brand that has an X on the label.
17 Again https://moviechat.org/tt0974661/17-Again
Haha, The O. C.! Frickin'lobed that show!!
shareI have not been able to successfully make it through all seasons. I somehow get sidetracked. I watched the first season from beginning to middle and even starting from the end of the season to the first episode. Still, I have not been able to finish it. Then there are like three other seasons.
I thought it was a well directed, photographed, and scripted show. Very well done.
I've seen season 1 and 2 twice. Own them all on DVD so I might go back to the other two one day. Its actually a past girlfriend that introduced me to this show and it sort of been a guilty pleasure ever since. ( I was way too cool and manly to tell my friends lol)
shareI read a post on IMDb to where a guy said that his girlfriend wanted to throw away all his OC dvds. I was like "WTF?"
It seems like a really cool series to watch with a significant other.
In a theater, definitely popcorn. At home I still sometimes make popcorn, but also will reach for chips if I have some. Generally something salty and crunchy.
When a favorite TV show starts at 9 then I usually just eat dinner while watching it, I will time my cooking to have dinner ready by 9.
