Anyone else watching The Ten Commandments
On this Easter weekend?
shareIt's a tradition. I have the DVD, however....
No commercials and I can go to bed at a reasonable hour.
How does it look on DVD?Is the movie pretty clear? Any bonuses?
shareThe DVD looks great.
Yes, there are a few bonuses on mine. It has a commentary, a newsreel of the premier in New York, and the theatrical trailer and the making of the trailer.....
Making of the trailer? Go figure!
My husband got it for me a few years ago when I complained about falling asleep and missing so much of it.
I love the movie! It's those long blocks of commercials I end up falling asleep through. LOL!
This movie is NOT 4plus hours long...... not if you watch it on DVD.
I'll definitely buy it if it has all those bonuses😀👍🏻
share"It's a tradition"
It is a tradition for my daughter and myself every Passover.
Probably.
😎
Watched it for the first time tonight on ABC. Powerful stuff. No wonder it's famous.
shareDad loves that movie and like always, I have no idea what is going on. I need to stick to simpleminded movies.
shareYes, DVR'd it last night and watched it while FF'd through all of the commercials and slower parts.
I like the early parts of the film when Heston is the prince and displays a lot of wisdom. After he sees the burning bush he just becomes weird and it always just babbling these strange utterances.
