Apples are loaded with the fiber, pectin, which binds itself to cholesterol and flushes it from the body.
I always have apples in the house, especially gala and red delicious.
Couldn't one also accomplish the same thing eating jelly/jam regularly? They're all loaded with pectin....
shareI love them. They are marvellous. It's also very fascinating what science is discovering about trees, for example:

On deviantart I sent her a message she didn't like. I sent it about 14 times. She replied telling me she would block me. I checked facebook that is also blocked.
Maybe in time she'll unblock? Or maybe never.
So do I and all the life they sustain. They are magnificent creations. I once had a job where all I did was drive a tank truck all day over a state park watering young trees. I loved it ! It was so serene and I had so much independence.
Come to think of it, I love foliage.
That sounds amazing.
