Egg omelettes
We had Egg omelettes today. She sauteed green onions, spinach and mushrooms. She beat up some eggs in bowl and poured over green onions, spinach and mushrooms. When all most done she topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. It was outstanding!! How do you make your Egg omelettes and what do you put in them?
