I know a libertarian on another message board. He's almost always anti-Trump, but DOGE is a conundrum for him. After all, libertarians should want to see much of government pared back, especially the wasteful sectors. If it had been Jill Stein as President and she sent a troupe of pot smoking libertarians in to pull out
the weeds (I know, they'd never get off their asses long enough to accomplish anything, but hypothetically speaking...) he'd be very supportive of it, but for now he's staying silent as he tries to figure out how to thread the needle.

I don't know what you mean by "Satanic", but "Doge" was the name for the ruler of the oligarchy/ruling class of the Venetian Republic ("the Doges of Venice"). It's also the name of a video game or something, right? Musk did give a salute that looked like a hybrid Nazi/Roman salute. Italian Fascists fantasized about restoration of the Glory of the Roman Empire, and the Nazi part speaks for itself.

DOGE comes from the famous "Doge" meme with a Shiba Inu dog. The same meme was the basis of Dogecoin, a shitcoin/memecoin cryptocurrency that went up in value from a fraction of a cent to about 65 cents, making some people very wealthy, after Elon Musk hyped it repeatedly on Twitter/X.

Doge is a corruption of dog in this instance and I don't believe there's any relation to the Doge of Venice.

Trump just announced that the Inheritance Tax will be gutted. Meanwhile regular folks 2% savings interest is taxed.
