Even video gamers should be concerned
I wish all you gamers luck when you buy software and hardware in the future. Console material is known to come from China, so they will rise up too, even if not at 25%.

shareThe tariffs on China is only set at 10%.
shareI love video games but i would rather be less reliant on a country like China and have to pay extra.
China doesn't want to be our friend, I hope people realize this. Cant stress it enough.
That's actually less than other countries whose goods are going to have a tariff, including Canada.
shareSince Deepseek has collapsed NVidias share value, you might save more on the graphics unit than the tariff costs extra.
shareThe Chinese seem to make all kinds of parts for hardware but games are considered software. Most people just download games now, not likely the cost will go up on that end. Who knows about the hardware though...
I used to play multiple videogames back in the day but I have narrowed it down to just one game that I play right now and a few browser based games. Right now I only play WGT Golf for PC and mobile devices. It's pretty fun and uber realistic, and it's free to play but upgraded clubs cost money. And yeah, I think it was made by Chinese guys but the company that produced it (TopGolf) is located in the US. lol...
However, it was made years ago before tensions between the US and China became a thing. I'm not too worried about the cost of the game, since it's more or less an "app" that you can download on your mobile device or PC. And so far, nothing has changed in pricing.
Time to bring the chip manufacturing back to the US, right?
