Kamala the 1st woman to certify her own election loss
She broke "Muh glass ceiling," folks!
sharewe call this a self pwn. lol
shareHa ha. The “first woman” superlatives are pretty inane at this point so I appreciate that aspect of your joke. The other day I saw one that was “the first woman referee to eject an NBA player” and I thought this has gone too far
shareIt was rather satisfying watching her "chew" that glass while trying very hard not to keel over from being drunk.
shareIt’s the first time since 1988 that the Democrats have not objected, challenged or tried to overturn the election results of a Republican win.
The reason: Because the Democrats passed a law in 2022 that prevents them from doing it.
They made that change in the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
Prior to that change, it allowed a VP such as Pence to object the election results.
The 1887 ECA allowed a member of congress who wanted to raise an objection which required that he/she needs the signed support of at least one Senator.
The Electoral Count Act of 1887 (ECA) was in place in 2021 when Congressman Paul Gosar, along with 60+ of his colleagues objected to the Electoral Count of Arizona. The objection was in writing and was signed by a senator. There were others. Mike Pence legally had the ability to do it, but didn’t … so the Democrats changed that law.
This is the reason why Kamala and the Dems could not challenge the results.
