I was going to write out something long, but I'll just keep it at this. People are saying that Bidens prices (2024) are more expensive than Trumps prices (2020). But that's like saying during Trump, I was 4 years younger than during Biden. The actual comparison, would be what would prices be like if Trump had been in power for 2020-2024. and the data doesn't exist. (although the general opinion is that Ukraine+pandemic made things more expensive, and that Putin waited for Biden to be in power, because Putin likes Trump, and Putin wanted to "challenge" Biden). I have more websites than I want to admit bookmarked which explain the factors that affect prices.....and it isn't as simple as just who is in the top seat (and some of it includes Repubs deliberately wanting to make life difficult for Dems). I've probably got a ton of quora references about what happened in 2020. Trumps policy on Ukraine and the pandemic (and Israel) is "It wouldn't have happened if I was in charge". (he said in between sniffing Netenyahu's butt crack) and that's......super.

If you have any opinions it would be great if you could keep them to yourself.

You can excuse it, rationalize it and shift the blame all you want for your copium, but the fact remains that the economy was better under Trump.

Trumps policy on Ukraine and the pandemic (and Israel) is "It wouldn't have happened if I was in charge".

Nevertheless, those wars didn’t start under Trump; those are the facts.

This is hardly the "general opinion" outside of leftist fever swamps, but think about what you're saying. You're suggesting that Putin, rather than invade when he allegedly believed he'd get a free pass, waited until the Biden-led (((neo-cons))) came to power just to...spite Biden? Even though it would likely mean greater losses in terms of men and material, and possibly loosen his own grip on power. Is that right?

Putin wanted to make Trump look good. Because Putin likes Trump. and Putin wants Trump to be elected. that's the GWV (General World View). It wasn't a case of a free pass, it wasn't "invading during Trump because nothing would be done". It was "invading now that the door was perceived as open". "just to...spite Biden" - this is correct (that's a good thing, isn't it?)

Good luck with trying to convince the MAGA trolls that President's don't have complete control over prices. Biden's policies probably had some impact on inflation, but the MAGA right likes to convince the people that Biden and his team were solely responsible for it.

To be fair, Kamala's team is pretty much doing the same to Trump.

Prices go up due to inflation. Inflation occurs due to government spending. Any states that refused to open during covid increased their unemployment benefits up to $600 extra a week. This required more $$ from the Fed, which required more money printing. The democrats turned the printer to 11 after Biden was elected...and here we are.
