NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW

Why is Biden's DOJ not prosecuting Merrick Garland on his contempt charges...?

I thought "No one is above law".... well what gives? Any leftists want to chime in here, and weigh in why Ol' Merrick is suddenly above the law??

reply

certain (D)people are above the law.

also the DOJ did say that Joe was too stupid to be prosecuted.

reply

Well of course, no one is above the law...unless you're a Clinton or an Obama, or are part of their clique.

reply

I'm not going to get a proper explanation of this, am I?

reply

Those two families (along with their minions) have done everything in the book, including murder, rape, insider trading, bribery, child molestation, treason, and giving aid and comfort to our enemies overseas. And yet they still walk off scot-free, and happily live the life of millionaires. The FBI/DOJ always either do nothing, or if someone within those organizations is wanting to do the right thing try opening an investigation into those peoples' illegal activities, the investigation gets squashed very quickly.

It means that our justice system is a fraud, because they let the political elite (most notably high-level Democrats) get away with everything in the book, and yet have the nerve to go after everyone else under the sun and say untrue things such as that phrase up above.

reply

LOL!

reply

Ever hear of executive privilege?

reply

No One means No one.

Not good enough.

If Merrick is above the law, then all charges against President Trump must dropped immediately!

reply

Garland hasn't been charged with breaking a law.

reply

But he still broke the law, so where are his charges?

Where is the elevated felony charge for contempt of congress?

reply

Isnt executive privilege what Steve Bannon claimed but they rejected that idea and now he is about to go to prison for it? I beleive Barack had executive privileged someone while he was in office and no one ever thought it was controversial.

reply

The Executive (President Biden) has waived any executive privilege that Bannon might have had.

And before you get started, executive privilege is meant to protect the office of the President, not the individual.

reply

As usual, no retort or rebuttal from the village TDSers.
