The sentence was for seven months but Douglas Mackey got convicted of "voter interference" by the corrupt Biden DOJ for generating memes saying you could vote online in the 2016 election. The DOJ could never prove his meme caused voter interference. A federal appeals court halted the prison sentence and Mackey vows to take his case to the Supreme Court if necessary to get his conviction overturned.
Being convicted of voter interference, notably, is not being convicted of just saying that the US election of 2020 was stolen.

Note, a lot of attempts were only thwarted because people around him stopped him. And he has promised to get rid of civil servants and replace them with loyalists if re-elected.
