Its not a crime but your opinions may be ridiculed if others deem them silly.
The only places where disagreeing with someone (usually someone who is in charge or aligns with the people in charge) is a crime are normally dictatorships and police states. Last time I checked, America has laws that protect free speech...most of the time.
