This is the problem with an armed population. A situation like this can escalate to such a point that someone ends up being shot.

I would have acquitted the shooter since one punch can kill or cripple a person. I disagree with the notion of force exceeding the threat when an unarmed person can be very dangerous. This youtube prankster is a public nuisance who deserved to get shot.
