I think this might be just some childish attempt to troll the left.
Musk allows misgendering and other highly damaging language directed at vulnerable groups on his site, yet he bans a few words that only bother TERFs and others who reject modern gender ideology that reminds them that we no longer live in the dark ages.
as i bend the words and context used to protect marginalized groups so that the same fairness cannot be applied to the large group of normies because they don't deserve anything but vitriol, hatred, and revenge for all the cruelty and injustice they forced onto others since the dawn of time

The term cisgender never bothered me, but then, neither does the existence of transgender people. Learning a new word is a harmless courtesy that cost me nothing.
