The woman accused Donald Trump of raping her. No, according to this woman, Trump did not just "grope" her, as this jury concluded. He RAPED her. So, this jury did not believe this Trump accuser's story, yet they still found Trump guilty.
THIS is the kind of convoluted logic you have to be capable of in order to live in liberal land.
People just don't know how the law works.
In a civil suit, you don't need to be found "beyond a reasonable doubt" to be held liable. This is called "Preponderance of Evidence". You only need to sway a 51% vs 49% decision to technically "win".
That is what has happened here. The judge determined that no rape occurred, but since he probably just hates Trump, he ruled in favor of the woman. It will be appealed the second they can file.

YOU don't know how the law works! He was found liable for Sexual Abuse and Defamation by a JURY - not judge.
He'll lose the appeal! There's also a second case coming up which he'll also lose. $5 million dollars and counting!
It helps if each juror was slipped money under the table, but then grew a conscience later.
