Gays in the military openly: yay or nay?

Do you support them serving in the army? Or will it disrupt "cohesion"?

--Michael D. Clarke

reply

Yay, of course. Diversity is our strength. And we want a strong military, don't we?

reply

That is a lie. There is no strength in diversity, especially in the military. Cohesion is what is required, not identity politics.

reply

What about trans people? Don't most of them typically need pronouns, bathrooms, and affirmative treatment all tailored to their needs? Would those disrupt cohesion?

And what happens if we don't give those things to them? Will they still be effective soldiers, or will we see a whole lot of depression and suicide if not?

Don't enlistees all need to pass a mental and psychological aptitude test to enlist?

reply

nay

reply

Why not?

reply

Personally don't care. As long as it doesn't hinder their readiness for war, or their ability to wage it, it shouldn't matter.

What I have an issue with is people joining the military to get a free sex change. THAT is what Trump put stop to.
