To those of you here who think 'woke' or LGBT presence in public life is too much....
What exactly are your proposed political solutions for this? What should happen?
shareWhat exactly are your proposed political solutions for this? What should happen?
shareThere are no political solutions, people have the right to express themselves as they see it. However from a moral standpoint, rational, sane, objective people should be shutting these people down and putting them in their places, they should be calling these woke SJW’s or whatever out on their bullshit but most are too afraid to.
shareWhat things do LGBT people do that should be "shut down" or "cancelled" (to borrow a turn of phrase)?
shareOh ideas such as “you are a woman if you say you are a woman” or sexually explicit gender theory needs to be taught to 1st graders and that schools should “trick” parents into approving of it.

I didn’t propose anyone cancel anything, I said that people need to stand up to these morons and tell them they are perpetuating crazy shit.
I think that schools should be open and honest about what they are teaching their kids and not try to “trick” them. And it shouldn’t be the job of the school to talk about those things, that is the parents job.

Why? People send their children to school to learn how to read, do math, etc. The parents should have the right to have that discussion with their child whenever they want, right now we literally have schools teaching 1st graders how to masturbate and have books in the school library on the subject. It’s disgusting and it’s child abuse. There’s a time and a place for everything. You seem to see yourself as a victim and I think you need to get over yourself. I work in the school system, there is literally no prejudice against LGBTQ people.
shareBecause teenagers become sexually aware. It's absurd to expect them to not know anything about LGBT people until they're 18. It's also damaging for younger LGBT people who may not have understanding parents at home, and have no support for them outside.
What do you mean "you see yourself as a victim"?
Ummm pretty sure they are going to figure out that there are people out there who dress like the other gender. I literally never had a single teacher teach me what sex was, hell even my parents wouldn’t and I was able to figure it out.
As for your second point then it should be handled on a case by case basis, if the child is being abused then the school has a duty to report it to CPS. Because some children are being abused that doesn’t mean that you take children to transgender dragshows, have sexually explicit books in the library and teach 7 year olds how to masturbate.
You seem to think that you are somehow being victimized if everyone isn’t forced to learn radical left gender theory. Maybe you don’t see yourself as a victim but that’s how you come across.

You asked me what we should be standing up to, and I said people trying to force radical left gender theory on children and then you defended it (or at least it seems like you did)
shareI think sex education in schools is perfectly reasonable for teenagers
shareThat wasn’t what I was talking about and I was never against “sex education”. You see this is what the left does, they try to force something radical and obscene on children in schools then when they get blowback from it they pretend that the other side is opposing something rational (which it isn’t). Example: There was a case where an explicit book about the Holocaust was taken out of a school library and some on the left said that the right wanted to ban the teaching of the holocaust (which they didn’t). Or some people had a problem with critical race theory and then the left said that they wanted to ban the teaching of the civil rights movement (which they didn’t)
shareI said: "Schools have to be aware of this stuff, and help inform in the teenage years. Having kids go through school with the school literally not mentioning LGBT people until 18 is genuinely absurd."
Your reply: "Why? People send their children to school to learn how to read, do math, etc."
Forgive me if I thought you were proposing the abolition of all sex education in schools.
I didn’t, what I do have a problem with is teachers teaching 7 year olds how to masturbate and for reading sexually explicit materials to them. Teaching about sex at an appropriate age where parents have the option to have their children pulled from the class is one thing. Teaching 7 years olds about masturbation, teachers talking about their own sexuality and pronouns and spending an incredibly disproportionate time talking about different sexualities, and school counselors telling biological females to identify as males and not tell their parents is another thing. Again I bring you back to my original point, the left proposes insane ideas, the right blows back against them and then the left mischaracterizes it and makes it sound like the right is blowing back against something rational.
shareRight, but again, I thought you were suggesting no sex education in high school outright.
shareNo I didn’t say that. There’s a difference between traditional sex education where parents have the right to opt their child out and radical gender theory where 7 year olds are taught to masturbate, counselors tell children to identify as the other gender, and teachers talk about their own sexuality/pronouns and the school district teaches teachers how to “trick” parents into signing off on this.
shareJust STFU and keep it to yourselves. Most people wouldn't give a damn what you do except that you seem intent on trumpeting your lifestyle from the rooftops. You're never going to become dominant over the entire culture so just live your lives quietly and keep the rest of us blissfully uninformed about your distasteful practices.
shareIs a TV show that portrays LGBT people a problem, in your mind? Is seeing two gay people hold hands in public, or go on a date not "keeping it to themselves"?
shareA couple of TV shows is OK but not every single show needs to have gays.
As far as public displays, why not limit it to things heterosexual couples would do and avoid the g-strings, simulated sex, dog leashes and S&M gear that are all de rigeur at your pride parades. And those parades are really not necessary. Straight people don't march down the street demonstrating what we do in private, so why should you?

Most shows on TV now have gay characters in a much larger percentage than in the actual population. The Walking Dead, for instance.
Gay people can do what they please in public, but I guarantee they would face less opposition if they toned down their love of exhibitionism. If a hetero couple kisses in public, it's normally a little 'Mwah" kid of thing, but gays will try to make some sort of impact and go overboard hoping be noticed or to make the news by getting kicked out of a restaurant, etc. Just to be clear, if a hetero couple goes overboard with public displays, it's also offensive.
I would think if you were as tolerant as you make out to be, perhaps you would not feel the need to make it clear to us that you are not gay.

Please show me someone here who is hating on LGBTQ people?
shareThere's literally someone in this thread who called for LGBT people to be put in reservations
shareShow me the exact quote and the full post so I know you’re not taking it out of context.
share"yes make a gay only safe space somewhere is the outskirts of North Dakota where they can be as gay as they want around there own kind. We will tolerate the quite non annoying ones in society but the super fabulous ultra twinks will be sent away to this farm in North Dakota to live out there gay lives. More civilized then what muslims do. We will keep em in there place and in fear away from our kiddos without resorting to violence"
from DMT
I’m sure he’s trolling you, yeah it’s stupid but I doubt he means what he says, although he does have a point, even his absurd premise is far more tolerant that what Muslims would do, they would have you stoned to death if you were gay.
Also he didn’t say he wanted to force gays into these “reservations” (a word you used not him), he said he wanted to open up a safe space where gays can go. Again I doubt he’s serious and he’s probably just trying to get under your skin.
I asked him, and he then confirmed (although saying you "understand Muslims" murdering gay people is pretty sus in itself). He also then endorses Russia, a country that bans "LGBT propaganda" from all public life.
shareAgain I’m sure he’s trolling you, and yes some Muslims do murder gay people. Under sharia law you are to be executed for being gay.

Proposed political position?
https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Leviticus-20-13/
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Have fun in hell!
Let me put it this way. When I was a kid in the late 70s I thought Paul Lynde was the funniest guy on TV. I always watched those game shows he was on, and I loved the way he was so sarcastic and put everyone down. He was great as the voice of Templeton the Rat in Charlotte's web, too. He was my favorite comedian.
But if Paul Lynde had been constantly openly boasting about his gay sex life in explicit detail and marching in parades wearing a thong and a dog collar, and frenching other guys on TV I would have been totally grossed out and disliked him.

Normal gay people aren't the problem. The problem is weirdo alphabet people, groomers, and the people that support them.
shareI think you're on to something. It's not gay people or even the people of the alphabet that are the problem, it's when freaks, that are by definition abnormal, want to be normalized. You can have normal people who happen to be gay, but they don't act any different than anyone else. Drag queens on the other hand are not normal, stop fucking trying to normalize them. Queers — and by "queers" I mean the real weirdos that are so strange that you can't even classify them — are trying to be as abnormal as possible, yet want to be treated like they are normal. What the fuck? Do you not see the contradiction?
If you want to be treated like a normal person, then act like a normal person. If you want to be a freak, then you will be treated like a freak. How is this not obvious? It's not rocket surgery.
Will from Will and Grace...normal. Even Jack was Normal although annoying. They should've stopped at Queer Eye for a Straight Guy and Glee. The gays of today are just certifiable and offensive...and half of those are not even gay for real. This generation of kids just says they're gay to fit in and be trendy. But it's the fat bald hairy-legged man...in the same outfit Oda Mae Brown wore when she went to the bank...that you have to be wary of.
You're boasting about the fact we can't make "I identify as 23850938028523 different genders" losers shut up and go back to obscurity?
Wow, sounds like the action of a sane, content, non-ricketts afflicted non-virgin!
I made this thread to ask people what, if LGBT presence in society is too much, should be done about it.
share"What would you do about it" is just another way of saying "there's nothing you can do about it"
And more importantly, "public life" is a really overly-grand sounding term for a country where people just sit there, turn on their TVs and listen to aging CNN anchors just say "January 6th" over and over again. You call that "life"?
Those are just the simplest of reasons why you were clearly not genuine in your question, dork.

No, that's not what I mean by "public life".
"The aspects of social life which occur in public, in the open, as opposed to more private social interaction within families, private clubs, etc."
What laws would you change, if any, around LGBT issues in the USA?
Okay "dude". You think Facebook is a "private matter" remember.
Anyway, I'd have a law telling teachers they're not allowed to teach anyone under 11 about sex, and they're not allowed to tell them fruity theories about there being 8,000 genders or whatever. These theories were only made up because privileged lefty posers were bored. And any doctor who performs "gender procedures" on a minor would be jailed.
Most average every day people agree with me, hence why Biden needed several, several million fake votes in order for losers like you to feel like "winners". Remember?

I mean, yes, this is true. But I am asking what you think should be done assuming it could be done.
I want to see what people who complain about LGBT culture think should be done by law
shareThe man with all the curiosity in the world except for an 89-minute blind spot where he doesn't want to hear Dinesh D'Souza point out the fact that Biden has at least 3 million fake supporters (and in that movie they only address the paper ballots, they dont even try to address the ones done by the Dominion voting machines)
LOL. Dork!
Dinesh D'Souzas claims have been widely reported on everywhere, and more or less completely discredited. It's a conspiracy theory.
Why aren't you trying to overthrow the government if that is your opinion?
Discredited by the leftwing lying sources.
You are part of that source trying to spread more lies.
If you believe that everything that everyone says refutes your lies, than why do you continue to ask questions just for you to end up trying to contradict them with your lies and denials.
You don’t give a shit about the evidence, proof, or sources given by others, so why should we not dismiss yours when we are already aware that they are bullshit. Your coyness is annoying and your game is obvious.
The jig is up.

I already did, but apparently, you are still not getting it through that thick skull of yours.
Go back and read my previous post again. Try using different translators or have one your colleagues assist you with it..
I speak English. Are you again baselessly accusing me of being a CPC advocate? Do I need to contact the moderators again about you hurling unfounded, libellous accusations?
shareGo ahead and contact them as much as you want.
shareI will do. You think it makes sense to accuse someone who supports Taiwanese and Tibetan self-determination of being a China shill?
And someone who has directly told you that they wouldn't want to live in China because it's an authoritarian state?
Michael Knowles gave the game away at CPAC. People like him want to see LGBT folks either back in the closet or as Knowles put it "eliminated" from public life. Usual fundie stuff.
shareTurn off television and it goes away.
