Trump was never removed so therefore he was not impeached.

I never complained that Hillary lost. Trump won in 2016 fair and square and I accepted that. But I also accepted that Trump lost in 2020. Maybe after two years you should accept that too.

Impeachment and removal are two separate processes by two separate houses of Congress. All presidents including A. Johnson, Clinton and Trump have been impeached but none of them removed.
Trump received more due process than any losing candidate in history. Trouble is many on Trump's own side didn't and don't appear to believe his claims. Plus he lost almost every single case in court except for one minor one.

There have been four Impeachments of three presidents, but there have been no removals pursuant to that. All you really need to impeach in the House is enough votes. The reasons for Impeachment under the Constitution are rather vague. It's a political process, draw what conclusions from each individual case as you chose.

If they vote to "convict" what happens after that is unclear except for the President needing to step aside for the Vice President, assuming they aren't also impeached. They could also never serve as President again. We've never reached the "conviction" stage, so it's hard to say how analogous to conviction in a criminal court it actually would be.
