Nice going, Brandon!

U.S. employers added 517,000 jobs in January.

reply

Of course this won't gain any traction on MC because there's no mention of "trans" or "endangered masculinity." More people working than ever, not really that important when you're worried about losing your nuts.

reply

You're obviously not an employer. Just repeating whatever propaganda you heard on CNN.

reply

And you just keep living in your doom and gloom bubble. Clearly, Publicans won't be happy until that recession occurs that Publican economists keep predicting.

reply

These are the jobs that were lost during the plandemic.

-517,000 + 517,000 = 0

Unemployment at lowest rate since 1969, way before the pandemic! In trying to bash Biden you just showed yourself a troll.

reply

Pretty much this. No one buys this garbage...not even real democrats.

reply

And unemployment rate lowest since 1969, at 3.4%. Pres. Biden has brought back the economy from the abyss that it was in under tRump.

reply

And when will gas prices return to what they were under Trump?

Unemployment didn't go up until businesses were forced to close for the "pandemic" which by coincidence, started the election year and suddenly people "couldn't" vote in person.

I do need to remember to bring my various forms of ID when I renew my driver's license. That's ok but showing ID to vote is somehow "wrong."

It's positive just wish it meant less people being crushed by unchecked capitalism. How many of those jobs are minimum wage and or otherwise high turnover? The oil companies are still insanely profitable. Amazon would put everyone out of a job if they could fully automate their business model.
Publicly traded companies still require growth to stay in business which has always been unsustainable (mostly bc resources are finite). Even in small ways this can affect people, such as Netflix cracking down on password sharing to get more ppl to subscribe to increase stock value and satisfy shareholders. Excess, excess excess. We can't be satisfied with "enough" because the system is designed towards greed & excess.

reply

"Unchecked capitalism", spoken like a true Marxist.

reply

I figured someone would make that conclusion. I'm a capitalist but too much of anything in the extreme is unhealthy. Just want some balance, not even equal balance. Common sense safeguards we can all agree on, or sadly maybe not.

reply

LMAO....please let me get hit of that copium dude.

House Prices
Gas Prices
Food prices
HVAC Costs

You're fuckin delusional...or, 12 years old.

reply

Meanwhile inflation and the cost of doing business is so high, shit has doubled in price. Only a piece of shit democrat would claim victory.

reply

Well, if the shoe fits...
