Justice Department criminal investigation now touches nearly all efforts to overturn 2020 election for Trump

Justice Department criminal prosecutors are now examining nearly every aspect of former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election – including the fraudulent electors plot, efforts to push baseless election fraud claims and how money flowed to support these various efforts – according to sources and copies of new subpoenas obtained by CNN.

The investigation is also stretching into cogs of the sprawling Trump legal machine that boosted his efforts to challenge his electoral loss – with many of the recipients of 30-plus subpoenas that were issued in recent days being asked to turn over communications with several Trump attorneys.

Is the Department of Justice already too late on Donald Trump?
The sweeping effort has many in Trump world concerned about the potential legal significance of being caught up in a federal investigation.

The flurry of investigative activity has involved seizure warrants, including one served to Boris Epshteyn for his phone, according to multiple people familiar with the matter. Epshteyn remains a close aide to the former President and to his political and fundraising operation.

The widening pool of recipients of subpoenas also includes prominent Trump deputies, such as his former White House adviser Dan Scavino, who continued to work for Trump after he left office.

The walls around Trump continues to crumble.

DemoKKKrats stole the election by using the FBI to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story which we now know due to a recent pole it would have swayed the election results. When you say “overturn the election” you should be saying “overturn an illegitimate election”

It’s now proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the election was stolen and Trump was fully justified to say so, therefore the case of trespassing on J6 wasn’t because of “his lies”, it was because the DemoKKKrats stole the election. Your cult overthrew our government, the fact that you don’t see this as a serious issue is beyond disturbing.

I have explained this to you repeatedly. Had the FBI not violated the first amendment and censored the laptop story then 1/6 Diaper Joe voters wouldn’t have voted for the motherfucker. Irrelevant, whether it has been recognized by the court or not has nothing to do whether it’s true or not. You're the ones who are supporting the fact that Donald Trump attempted to steal the 2020 POTUS Election, and ended up terrorizing members of Congress and other people who were signing Biden's legally, fairly and squarely 2020 POTUS Election. I have no sympathy for the people who created the 1/6/21 Insurrection at the nation's Capitol, resulting in a number of serious injuries and deaths. Those people deserve to be tried and charge with their Insurrection, assault, death and injuries to people in an adult Court of law, and to serve a long-term jail sentence for what they did.

He did not attempt to steal anything, first of all he was clear that the Crowd was to be peaceful and patriotic , secondly protecting is a constitutionally protected right and finally the 2020 election is now officially illegitimate. If they were trying to “overturn the election” they were trying to correct a stolen election.
