did we have billions of humans 4.6 million years? with societies and economies that are so interconnected and soo fragile a slight gas price rise and inflation can be crippling ?

what do you think massive climate change will be? a walk in the park for our economies and societies? when massive amounts of crops get wiped out. and extreme weather patterns increase.

Im sure it'll be fine. my city tended to have a fairly normal summer climate. Pretty damn hot, a decent amount of humidity but nothing crazy, and a fair amount of rain.

this year our city got hit by a tornado. which has never ever happened. just got hit by one. last summer we got a month straight of 80%+ humidity and insane heat. the year before. a drought. the year before? intense rain, so much so the locks were overran and the river flooded. the army had to come in to help.

both years the normally 9 foot tall corn feilds barely made it to 5 feet. this is what massive lower crop yields on a global scale will look like.

this is all totally normal right? This isnt just happening here its GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE

Trees get in the way of windmills and solar panel.The only solution is population control.

I've made that point many times. If they are really worried as much as they claim they would all be planting trees and trying to find ways to extract CO2 from the atmosphere.

And they would be spinning wheels in reverse about catering to and doing so much business with China. China is by far the main CO2 culprit currently.

Liberals have always been advocating for that, but clear cutting the rain forests continues.

are you really this dumb? plants dont "eat" CO2 and make it disappear.. and the carbon gets released once the tree dies. it gets temporarily stored in the trees
