Why is it, when cops get to the scene of a school shooting....

They stand by, in a safe place, doing nothing, and wait until the shooter gets done shooting all the kids, and still even then, don't do anything until either he kills himself or gives up?

Now I could be wrong, but I thought cops' primary job is to prevent the deaths of the school kids whose live are in direct danger, as in, the kids actually getting shot at.

reply

I guess they were scared of the shooter who had superior firepower.

reply

So in otherwords, cops should choose to protect their own asses instead of the lives of school kids whenever things gets tough? Ok.

reply

In a perfect world, 'no.' However, red states are hardly perfect worlds and it is every cop, woman and child for themselves.

reply

Making excuses for cops who are bad at their jobs only gives them incentive to keep mucking up their responses at school shootings.

reply

This is a bipartisan issue.

reply

I thought the border agent who killed him only had a shotgun.

reply

Not sure what they popped him with, but it was The Border Patrol who showed up & took over from the locals who were standing around not wanting to get shot.

reply

The police have no duty to protect the public. They are fucking useless enforcers of the state, and revenue generators. They harass the citizens for no reason, and don't do their jobs.

Any of the "good cops" that made people cling to the "support the police" BS are gone, having left the force due to having consciences.

reply

Could it be they’ve been beaten down so much and told to stand down to the point they don’t know when to act? They’ve become to the left something you scrape off your shoes! To the left they are the problem so defund them! Hesitation is now apparent.

It’s akin to how the “Me Too” nut cases have made it impossible for males to know how to behave around women. You can’t compliment a woman these days without being called sexist and the next rapist! Good Grief! Wake me when this crap crashes in on those who initiated the WOKE garbage!

reply

Bullshit. They just didn't want to get shot.

reply

Did you get hacked? I don't think I've ever agreed with a single thing you've ever posted until now.

reply

No, I didn't get hacked lol.

I've had a tenuous relationship at best with cops for most of my life. Over the years, my positive experiences I've had with police have been overshadowed by negative ones. The cherry on top is that since 2010, I have a doppleganger with a warrant on his head. Same first name, last name, birthday, same middle initial...but his middle name is different.

since 2019, I have been harassed 3 times by different officers looking to haul me in....which means they aren't doing their job and scrutinizing their search results. So now I'm in constant fear of getting the dumbass that doesn't believe me and I get the false perp walk.

The big city cops are even worse, they are unelected and usually do not live in the places they patrol...zero skin. Every district should have an elected Sheriff that lives in the district, and they choose their deputies. True Peace Officers that are local, elected by the community, live in the district, and have skin in the game. You fuck with the people you serve, they vote your ass out!

reply

If that ever happens, lawyer up and sue their ass for wrongful arrest.

reply

They only rush into a building like heros when they know a non-violent political opponent is unarmed and sleeping in bed.

reply

Well it's their workplace and there are certain duties that employers need to take to mitigate risk of harm etc ... Though I'm not sure what that would look like for law enforcement since they also (allegedly) have a duty to protect.

I do know that standing by at a safe distance NOT attempting to engage the situation is not going to help. I can't imagine being one of the parents involved.

reply

Cops dont do that , they rush in bravely and take down the shooter before more lives are taken.

except this time

its telling that you have so many school shootings you can rate and rank the cop responses

reply

The official definition "school shooting" is so ridiculous... that the majority of "school shootings" are usually gang members meeting up at the school basketball court at 3am, and shooting each other due to a bad drug deal.

These CIA-OP shootings are mostly rare, but will be ramping up now that the Cathedral has regained its gun control boner.
