Correct. The entire concept of "transitioning" is to change from one state to another. If the goal is to remain ambiguous, then you are no longer transitioning, you're just a cross-dresser.

It's comical how liberals lead us down the road to insanity and then squeal like little pigs when we respond, using their own "logic".

The bottom line here is, if you were born with a dick, you have no business whatsoever competing with actual women and girls in sports. It devalues women and defeats the purpose of having female sports.

Furthermore, if you are under 18yrs old and your parents allow you to "transition" with hormones and/or surgery, they should be prosecuted for child abuse. When it comes to children, we shouldn't even be having this conversation.

I'm LGBT and I agree with this 100%. Not only the parents, but the doctors who give these kids hormones and mutilate these children's genitals should spend a long time in prison.

A lot of gay/bi people feel this way. Been seeing it for years. They're not not happy trans stuff - particularly kids -are lumped in with them.

The law is saying anyone can make an accusation and that child will be forced to show their genitals. The child doesn't have to be transgender. They only need to be accused of being transgender.

Imagine if someone doesn't like your child and they make the accusation.

Everyone I knew on my football team in school went to their private doctor and got a physical, you couldn't play unless you had one done. So, every doctor must be a molester. **sighs**

Sounds like you are jealous because even your doctors didn't want to examine your genitals as part of their paid duty to examine you as part of a routine medical.

Either that, or you are jealous that you can't afford a routine medical. If you could, you'd know they involve checking everything.

If you are under 15, you could volunteer to let Brandon examine your genitals. But if you're over the age of consent, he won't do it.

government doesn't need to get involved. Let the NCAA and high athletic associations govern rules for fair play like they do with other more common issueslike steroid use, academic fraud etc.
I'm opposed to trans women playing in womens divisions but the problem is way overblown and government has no business meddling
