My state would cherish the opportunity to outlaw abortion completely.

I didn't realize Texas had such nonsensical views and values. They want to outlaw traveling to another state to get an abortion. Texas Conservatives apparently believe abortion is the same as Capital Murder.

So does this mean they'll ban abortion for women who's physical health is endangered by the pregnancy?

reply

They don't want it going on after 3 months. That is plenty of time to stop dragging your feet and realize the guy isn't going to marry you.

So you're pro-eugenics...but then claim people in Texas have "such nonsensical views and values." ...?

How does that work, exactly?

reply

eugenics definition

"the practice or advocacy of controlled selective breeding of human populations (as by sterilization) to improve the population's genetic composition"

tell me you dont know what the fuck certain words mean, without telling me you dont know what the fuck certain words mean

So, the extremists nutjobs admit they don't believe in states' rights! No surprise.

"In a March letter to one such group, the Lilith Fund, Cain threatened to file a bill in the coming legislative session that would empower district attorneys to prosecute abortion-related crimes across the state even when local authorities refuse to do so."

There has to be abortion. Just not to full term. Lots of girls are dumb and sex is all they have to offer.3 months is long enough to learn from it. Go out and get a job instead of trying to deadbeat off some guy.

There will be a backlash. Youth drain, brain drain. Or maybe a viable opposing party will gain power, or at least take power away from the Republicans.

C'mon, Texas is completely normal!🙄

mother was convicted by a Texas jury after allowing her 13-year-old daughter to be sexually abused by the girl’s 47-year-old “husband,” officials say. The mother said the “marriage” between her daughter and the man “was a normal part of her religious beliefs” and that she consented to it, the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office. But by Texas law, the girl was too young to be a part of a legal marriage.

Its like 2% of abortions because of health risk to the mother.

Then its like 50% abortions because the kid has down syndrome

90% of abortions are because babies are hard to raise. Prom, the party next weekend is more important. They dont want to be inconvenienced so early in their life. Many believe they are too young.

So we want girls to stop going around, having so much unprotected sex that is leads to abortion talks.

The 2% who are health risk will be taken care of. The ones who get abortions every other year and continue to get pregnant will have to learn more responsibly

Did you read the Act? It specifically outlines exceptions to save the life of the mother or prevent the "substantial impairment of a major bodily function.
