Trump Responds To Question About Ukraine Crisis By Ranting About Windmills

Former President Donald Trump somehow turned a question about the Ukraine crisis into an opportunity to bemoan windmills during an appearance on the “Full Send” podcast hosted by YouTubers.

“What do you see happening next, then? Cause it seems like the tensions are high. How does this all end? Is this going to be a long-term thing? How do you see it unfolding?” Nelk Boys founder Kyle Forgeard asked the former president during a sit-down discussion about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

“Well, and I said this a long time ago, if this happens, we are playing right into their hands. Green energy. The windmills don’t work. They’re too expensive. They kill all the birds. They ruin your landscapes,” Trump answered.

Windmills kill all the birds? Trump continues being an embarrassment to our country.

Approximately 681 thousand birds are killed by windmills however 2.4 billion birds are killed by house cats each year. Why isn't Trump concerned with that? Time to ban cats.

It is 681.000 birds in the US.
It is 2.4 billion birds worldwide.
But hey, let's compare both numbers because it fits to our agenda...

Wrong.

In the United States alone, outdoor cats kill approximately 2.4 billion birds every year. Although this number may seem unbelievable, it represents the combined impact of tens of millions of outdoor cats. Each outdoor cat plays a part.

Interesting. Made me look for the number of rats. No official numbers for the US, but even in China there are "only" 2 billion of them. So probably more birds than rats in the US...

They are going to use high gas prices which they caused, to push green energy which causes other problems and does not work for our current energy needs, and it's subsidized because it cannot survive on its own. I think that's what he is getting at.
