Newsmax's audience skyrockets during Trump rallies that other networks, including Fox News, ignore

Viewership numbers for the right-wing cable channel Newsmax soar when they air former President Donald Trump's rallies — possibly because no other network is showing them.

CNN's Brian Stelter said in a segment of "Reliable Sources" on Sunday that Newsmax's ratings skyrocket on nights the former president speaks.

"On a normal Saturday night, Newsmax might have 50,000 viewers, but when Trump held a rally two weeks ago, more than 1.5 million found the channel, beating Fox, because Fox ignored the rally," Stelter said.

Fox News no longer has Trump's back. Sad. Trump is a has been and he knows it.

As a Democrat I'm hoping he runs. He won't debate, and people will know what to make of that. Plus he'll be older, uglier and even more incoherent (won't be able to ignore at least one interview with non-Fox media). And nearly three more years of his most supportive group, the olds, dying off from covid or other causes--you can see why Desantis is lickiing his chops!
