Ah (decided why not look at the vid for peeps sake), so she isn't completely deaf as I thought and she wears that ear implant thingy (can't spell it) to hear better. What irks me is instead of going back to her car to get her impant (obviously since she needs it to drive as well so it'd be stupid to forget it altogether if left at home) and come back in she makes a big fuss about it. Feels planned on purpose just to bitch whine about oh they didn't take the mask off so I can read lips instead. If I was in her situation I would've just pointed to the order I would want or show it on my phone via image or text. So many ways to go about doing this but this is the road she took, sad. Also, the way she says, "I was never been refused service before and it hurts", whole thing exudes privilege in itself.
