Look at United States vaccinations, basically just anyone 18+ with 1 dose, NOT fully vaccinated. So 50%-ish efficacy instead of 94%+.

I'm not sure why you brought race into it. Trump and Q warned their cults that there was no need to vaccinate, mask or social distance. The GQP recently changed their tune when they realized their constituents are the ones disproportionately dying.
