You apparently don't understand what kind of connections these people had before, during, and AFTER Sick Willy was in office. Just because he's not sleeping around in the White House, doesn't mean he and his wife don't still have their tentacles in everything behind the scenes. They have many people still working under the radar that can make problems and people "disappear." Look up what was going on while Bill and Hillary were active in Arkansas in the 70s and 80s, and you'll see how they operate. There was even a guy claiming to be a former "hitman" for the Clintons who was interviewed on various jobs he did for them. I wouldn't be surprised if he died of "Arkancide" a while later.
It should be noted much of the scummy activities are actually Hillary's doing, rather than Bill's. He's her Front Man, considering he had the ability to charm gullible people far better than she does, but she's the ruthless, aggressive one who has the private dealings.
