One of the men looks like Sinatra, so it could be any number of the war movies he was in, like None But The Brave or Von Ryan's Express, Never So Few or Kings Go Forth. Sorry, could be way off base.

The guy on the left appears to have a Russian cap (though I could be wrong). Does anyone have an idea of the nationality of the men in the photo?

He looks look like the guy at the back. Hard to say if the hat is exactly the same because again, pic is a bit blurry.

I see similar features - cap, glasses, black hair - but I don't see those two as the same person. The first guy appears older than 23 (actor's age).

The cap doesn't appear to be American. And in the original picture, the person behind the cap guy has a blue beret on. That suggests non-American (yes, I concede it might not be from the movie itself). I'm thinking the men might be Spanish or Italian.
I've run out of ideas.
