Quite right, part of the Hippocratic Oath is not to hurt your patients, when an infected person in close contact with patients might do just that. If they don't want to be bound by medical ethics then they had no reason to work in medicine.

Most of this is to some extent true, although it was less deliberate falsehood than a revision of scientific advice in light of new data. But the Covid vaccines are effective, as my previous links show. You have offered no links one notes or even sources.
