Well JoWilli thinks it's fun.
JoWilli and her trailer park full of pigs, army people, kids and half human folk will always park anywhere near the local meth/crack house and/or Walmart or gas station that serves subs 24/7.
This is what piggy people do. And NO JoWilli is not a pig. She's a decent, kind, intelligent and honest hard working woman.
