Eh, no. There are 4 canons now (5 If we also count Halloween 3), and all of them are equally legitimate.
Oh Michael and Sharon sleeping again together, or two other younger actors?
He sleeped with both Beth and Catherine without condom.
What is weird?
For the Hot ones, right?
"No cliffhanger ending that gets ignored in the next film, which was a complete re-imagining of the franchise"
That's not accurate, as Ends ignores the cliffhanger ending of Kills, in the sense that Kills suggests things about Michael and his powers (principally the conexion with his childhood house and the window of his sister, but also with the white mask) which are forgotten in Ends (using the excuse that the house was demolished). In fact that's the worst thing of Ends, which otherwise for me is the best Halloween film I've seen along with the original.
Because she evolutioned as a character. She accepted she was wrong, Michael didn't care about her and it was her fault to put her daughter on his path. At the end of Kills she also understands Michael is more than human and it's totally useless to fight him with violence, because that only makes him stronger. I guessed that was clearly exposed in this film.
Or Twin Peaks from David Lynch and Mark Frost. In fact, this Halloween trilogy from David Gordon Green looks like a version withouth subtlety of Twin Peaks.
You are totally right, american people are the most racist I've ever seen, specially those who say are against racism.
If you want Michael Myers killing people you have the two previous films. You wanted the same thing a third time? You know what would you say then? That It was rubbish because It was the same all over again and It lacked imagination ( and that would be true).
Toxic fans are never satisfied...
Oh where? Can you share the capture?
After the crédits, there is a brief extract from a newspaper.
The Myers House was demolished, which btw for me is the worst thing of Ends, because It simply abandons all the mythology about Michael exposed in Kills.
Why overcomplicated things? It just reinforces the idea behind David gordon Green trilogy that Laurie and all the town had projected their own personal pain and fears over Michael, not understanding him.
He was also clearly supernatural in Halloween 1978. He could drive not having seen a car before, and he survived 6 shots at close range which should have killed him.
If you want to see over and over the same yes, It means you are stupid or very conservative. It's the same that happens with Star Wars fans, for example, a sad thing that explains why Hollywood makes so much garbage today.
It sounds awesome to me! It looks It follows the junguian path from Halloween Kills about the Collective Shadow, if David gordon Green has had freedom it may be the best movie of the saga!
It's a pity people is too stupid and/or conservative to apreciate It 🤷🏻♂️
What other ways?
It tries to be symbolic but the rest of the film is too realistic to get this, that's the reason everybody is hating the ending and everybody feels it breaks all the movie. NO ONE, for coward they are, allow themselves to be killed and their daughter mutilated and kidnapped that way, they aren't victims (like the family of Funny Games, a masterpiece which really gets what it wants to mean), they are basically accomplices in their own agression.
Yes, but for me the worst thing is when they allow the couple and their accomplice to cut her daughter's tongue and drag her out of the car and they don't do no thing. NOTHING. I mean, even if they ar cowards, bla bla, for rage they would do something, that doesn't have any sense. They didn't even have guns, for Christ's sake.
Funny Games of Michael Haneke did the same of this movie but much better, in my opinion.
