I think I already answered this one on the old topic, but You probably missed it:

It is also on YouTube with English subtitles
Sadly, it's not the one. But thank You
Somehow missed this answer a year ago. However, sadly, it is not the film in question.
Thanks for the answer, but, as I wrote, I posted a question about this film for the first time in 2013 and wrote that I saw it "6-7 years ago".
bump
Could it be some version of Das Kalte Herz? Possibly 1950 version from German Democratic Republic?
Thank You very much, but it is not it. The episode is available online, so I took a look. It certainly has some elements that were present in my mysterious film, but I am confident the film I had in mind was feature-length and there was a scene in the begining that I remember very clearly, since it involves a house (either the woman's or the psychiatrist's) similar to one in neighbourhood I lived at the time and I would immeadiately recognise it.
However, I like all those recomendation topics, since they sometimes introduce me (and others) to some films/TV shows that might even be better than the one I am asking.
One last question to all. Since I think the most likely sollution is that it is a made-for-TV crime/thriller from mid/late-90s, is there any place, forum or something like that, where I can ask about it?
There are only four mysterious films from my pre-teen years that I can't identify and also this is the one of the two I can possibly identify (I remember very, very little from two of them), so I am really trying hard to do it.
Have You tried asking on Russian or Czech film sites, such as KinoPoisk or CSFD? Pretty much all (semi-)famous films were mentioned in this film and I guess the solution is in some 70s or 80s East European (most likely Soviet or Czechoslovakian, or maybe East German) made-for-TV film that is only a step removed from televized play (a lot of fairy tales were done in this format back in the day).
Could this be the second one?

Thank You for the suggestion, but not it either. I have looked at the online copy of the film and it's not it. Plus, the film is more violent than what could be shown i early afternoon.
Nevetheless, it actually has some elements of the film I had in question, but I am confident there wasn't any split personalities and I clearly remember few scenes not in this film.
Thank You for the answer, but certainly not. I asked about this film in 2013 on one non-English language forum and stated that I have seen it "6-7 years ago".
