The vending machine scene? It was never in the movie.
Both Superman and Clark Kent have a shift in powers during various parts of the fight.
The TV version actually shows credits in space before the opening slapstick scene. It also has several extra scenes running the film at about 2h & 20m.
Me too. I was 5 at the time and saw it twice just for the Clark vs. Superman battle. I distinctly remember an older white guy in the lower row, drinking a beer, shouting at the screen, "Get that scumbag, Clark. Get him!"
I second this. It was like she had been a runaway before her life with the vampires.
I second this. The ending to Halloween is what defines a boogeyman.
No they shouldn't.
It was Bob who said it. Paul was never on screen to say anything.
It would be the epitome of all horror if the movie stopped right after seeing Michael disappear at the end & that's it.
Lex never meets Clark on purpose, as to not complicate the plot.
She wanted Frank dead. She counted on him taking a chance on drinking his own cup, switching cups, or drinking hers after finishing his own. No way she was gonna take a sip. Too many people over thinking this scene.
I think its more about the idea of that nude scene that bothered some of the people. I found it artistic.
Alex didn't taunt the dad. He tried to give clues to the father to the best of his ability.
Very solid movie with very convincing performances surround. Its clearly a thinking person's film for those who like to use their brains.
Its a reason why the movie is called "Prisoners" a plural, not the same as one.
I agree. It was a little long in the tooth at almost 2 hrs. 15 minutes shaved off it would've helped, especially during the slower middle scenes. But still a great movie overall.
Should've named it "Ghost Face"
Because that's what the American culture is pushing now: for women to be less feminine and men to be more; anything to move us away from our true nature.
I'm not sold on the new Batman trailer as well since I think Rob Pattinson wouldn't do it justice as the Caped Crusader. But we'll see when the time comes.
The guy above who explained how Max & Fanning had to push past a lot of people, which takes time, as Vincent had more space around to move out quickly and beat them to the car is very believable.
