You could also see the water of the ocean retreating or something like the spaceship sucking up the water and I think some of the characters mentioned it that the aliens might be after the water. But it definately looked like a differnt style of alien spaceship.
What do you mean? I just found the humor bits a bit unusually dense and together with the hard to sympathize actions of the characters creates a weird vibe.

The whole show is a mess in that respect. Everything is way over exaggerated for shock value and drama. Nobody would act or get away with shit like this in real life.

I think he or maybe one of his subordinates did this because of shock value how crazy the future is not because of trans representation. Back then trans characters were either added to laugh about them or portray them as villains or as body horror stuff.

Weird perception. The whole movie was a male power trip fantasy on steroids, every woman he met basically melted and he saved the world, all while looking extremely sharp and agile. I really don't know what you guys problem is.
